Best garage door company I’ve ever worked with. They arrived on time explained everything that need to be repaired. Their price was fair and reasonable and they completed the job very quickly. I had a friend who use them that referred them to me, and six months after my friends door was fixed it made a squeaking noise. They came out immediately and under warranty and repaired at no charge. My friend recommended them to me, and I would recommend them to anybody there a great company.

Our Garage door broke this morning. I called lifetime and they came out a couple of hours later. Eddie was super helpful and explained what happened and what the solution was to fix it. He took care of the work, waved the consultation fee and after about and hour the door was fixed and he was on his way. I needed some new springs. They were reasonably priced and came with a warranty. Thanks Lifetime for your fast service! Saved the day!

I was very pleased with the response from lifetime. Lou dispatched a tech on Sunday, when other repair companies wanted to come Monday. We chose to replace the entire garage door, including the motor and tracks. The door came three days later, and Eddie installed the unit the following Monday, per our request. Eddie was very friendly, honest, and hard working. Furthermore, Eddie went out of his way to ensure that I was happy. I was in the hospital and the door broke on my sister, being fully open. Eddie cut the cables to close the door. Furthermore, at the installation, Eddie helped me move a few boxes as I was out of the hospital, being sick. Eddie is efficient at his trade, and cares about the customer. Thank you.

Woke up Saturday morning looking forward to clearing out the garage. Hit the button to open the door and all kinds of havoc was let loose. Wife's car is trapped, kids' bikes are trapped, yard tools trapped; called up Lifetime Garage Doors and they were able to have someone out the same day. Not only was Eddy able to come out to assess the damage on a Saturday but he was 2 hours early!Turns out that one of the springs decided to break in half. Eddy had all the parts on hand to fix everything and was able to do it really quickly. This was my first time calling anyone for a garage door issue so cost isn't something I can really comment on. But after dealing with them the cost isn't going to stop me from calling them back if I have another issue.

LIFETIME GARAGE DOORS IS THE BEST!! Rick was the first one out to look at my poor dead garage door. I have no idea how he, alone managed to get this double door back on the track! It was off the track, bent, and completely jammed with my car stuck in the garage. He got my car out, THANK YOU, RICK! I got an excellent deal on this door as well. Their prices cannot be beat, and I called around. There was a minor mixup on scheduling, and the manager, Lou, was right on it. He immediately took care of the issue, and called me back with an appointment. He was awesome!! Darian and his sidekick were the installers and they were AWESOME!! These two strong guys had the old door off, the new one up and running in just over an hour. Holy smokes, and in this heat.. New door with windows, tracks, motor, remote,, etc. I love my beautiful new garage door. Plus there's an app which allows you to open the garage from anywhere.. How handy is that?Impressed with the entire company. Any and all future garage door needs, I'm calling LIFETIME GARAGE DOORS! THEY CANNOT BE BEAT. $1500 for EVERYTHING and that's a double insulated with windows garage door, tracks, motor, remotes, etc. AWESOME!! THANKS SO MUCH. SO HAPPY.

Michael our salesman and technician was very thorough and caring. Great attention to detail. He got our door running and got us a remote that worked on a 35 year old door. Unfortunately Michael isn’t with the company anymore and our door has yet to arrive or be installed. There is a 16 week lead time, we have about 5 weeks left. Hopefully our old door will last that long. And hope the technician sent will be as thoughtful as Michael. I wish him the best. A very dedicated employee. We had the best service from Lifetime Garage Doors! Called on Friday late afternoon with a stuck midway garage door. Ashely at their office was just great! She said she'd call us back shortly to let us know if we could get some help from Lifetime. Sure enough, a two man crew was finishing up one job and even though it was after 5 on Friday, they came over. The team called us, gave a twenty minute timeframe and were here. They assessed the problem, we talked of repair vs replacement and we decided to replace the door. When they fixed the door so it would shut, we picked out a door look and color and they were in, ordered and on their way approximately 7pm.We are so pleased with Lifetime, unlike other '24 hour door' companies, they were true to their word. Everyone was so pleasant and knew exactly what to do. We get our new door install next week and I'm sure the end result will be as good.We highly recommend Lifetime Garage Doors.. Our tech Tim is absolutely amazing. We had a power surge in our detached garage and door was totally shut down and could not open. Tim was at our house within 45 minutes of calling.
